After getting in a week of limited practices ahead of the AFC Championship Game against the Kansas City Chiefs, Tennessee Titans linebacker Jayon Brown is expected to play on Sunday.
Brown injured his shoulder in the wild card round against the New England Patriots and was unable to suit up in the divisional round against the Baltimore Ravens.
However, he was able to return to practice this week and will play on Sunday against the Chiefs, per Titans beat writer Paul Kuharsky.
This is a huge boost for Tennessee’s defense.
Brown is one of the best coverage linebackers in the NFL, and his services will be needed against a speedy and talented group of pass catchers in Kansas City.
