Mike Mularkey and Bill O'Brien share AFC South coach of the year

The Tennessee Titans' Mike Mularkey and the Houston Texans' Bill O'Brien are the choices for AFC South coach of the year, as voted by the four reporters covering the division for ESPN.com.

Sarah Barshop, Texans reporter: Although all the teams in the AFC South were supposed to show big improvement this season, the Titans were the only team that did. Mularkey's 2-7 record in 2015 as the Titans' interim coach made him a questionable hire, but it paid dividends this season. He had an 18-39 record as a head coach heading into his first full season as the coach of the Titans, but they went 9-7 this season and were one victory from their first AFC South championship since 2008.
