The Tennessee Titans finished yet another disappointing season, winning just three games in 2025. They ended the Brian Callahan experiment early in the year after Tennessee had gone just 1-5 in the first six games of the season so Titans fans have known that this team would be searching for a new head coach in the offseason.
According to Jordan Schultz, Tennessee has requested to interview Chiefs offensive coordinator Matt Nagy. Titans fans knew that Nagy was going to be a serious candidate for the vacant head coaching job due to his connection with GM Mike Borgonzi, as the two previously worked together in Kansas City.
