Marcus Mariota, Terry Robiskie delve into QB's fumbling issue

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The Tennessee Titans preach the need to hold the ball high and tight, just like every football team.

Marcus Mariota hasn’t had it high and tight often enough since the Titans spent the second pick in the 2015 draft on him. He’s fumbled an NFL-high 17 times as a pro, once more than Eli Manning and Blake Bortles -- who have played 288 and 279 more snaps than Mariota, respectively.

It’s not as simple as high and tight for a guy running with the ball, Titans offensive coordinator Terry Robiskie said.
