Judge dismisses kicker Josh Lambo's suit vs. Jaguars

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A Duval County circuit court judge has dismissed a discrimination lawsuit filed by former Jacksonville Jaguars kicker Josh Lambo against the team that alleged former coach Urban Meyer violated state laws by creating a hostile work environment and the team did nothing to stop it.

Judge G.L. Feltel Jr. of the Fourth Judicial Circuit dismissed the lawsuit without prejudice on Nov. 8 and gave Lambo 21 days to file an amended complaint, according to Duval County court records. Lambo's attorney Betsy Brown told ESPN her client intends to file an amended complaint.
