Jarvis Brownlee trade leaves no excuse for Brian Callahan's next crucial decision

The Tennessee Titans are moving forward after trading cornerback Jarvis Brownlee to the New York Jets earlier this week. General manager Mike Borgonzi, who inherited Brownlee from previous GM Ran Carthon, obviously didn't see him as an ideal for the team he is building. His departure should create an opportunity for a player Borgonzi acquired himself.

The Titans possessed the No. 1 priority on the wire following cut-down day. Borgonzi claimed two cornerbacks, adding Jalyn Armour-Davis and Samuel Womack to the active 53-man roster. Both players began the season inactive, but Armour-Davis made his Titans debut in Sunday's Week 3 loss to the Indianapolis Colts.
