The Tennessee Titans' offense was abysmal in Sunday's 25-3 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 13. Rookie quarterback Cam Ward struggled, throwing for just 141 yards. No Titans pass catcher registered even 30 receiving yards throughout the lackluster showing.
Meanwhile, the Sunday Night Football primetime game between the Washington Commanders and Denver Broncos saw various former Titans play keynote roles. Marcus Mariota started at quarterback for the Commanders in place of the injured Jayden Daniels. Fellow former Titans first-round bust wide receiver Treylon Burks also returned from injury.
Trailing 13-7 in the third quarter, the Commanders were facing a critical 3rd-and-goal.
