Six months ago we shared the story of how former Tennessee Titans offensive lineman Albert Haynesworth was in dire need of a kidney transplant and that his life was in danger.
Haynesworth shared the news on an Instagram post with a picture of him laying in a hospital bed and a message pleading with anyone who would be willing to donate a kidney to help save his life.
Despite an outpouring of support from both fans and players alike, Haynesworth has yet to get the kidney transplant he needs and is not sure when it will come, according to Greg Bishop of Sports Illustrated.
