Wesley Woodyard, Logan Ryan, Delanie Walker, and others meant a lot in the Tennessee Titans locker room in terms of leadership.
However, Jon Robinson and his staff have spent a long time cultivating this roster into a group that has great character from top to bottom.
When someone becomes a vet and when they truly become a leader are hard things to identify. Luckily, there are some players on the Titans roster who have already tried to fill the hole left behind by the leaders that came before them.
So when I went about making this list I tried to figure out which players were on their second contracts (or later) had the talent to lead by example and who would be quickly identified if they made a mistake or a big play.
