That left the veteran coach who was Mike Mularkey’s choice to be the Tennessee Titans play-caller needing to get back in a rhythm in the preseason.
"There’s always rust," he said. "You just keep going. The big thing is, you do everything you can to call the right play. Sometimes the defensive guy is going to make better calls than the offensive guy. From my standpoint, it’s just trying to make that one call that’s not the wrong call.
