I like to think I have a pretty good handle on the things that Tennessee Titans GM Jon Robinson is looking for when building a team.
Sure, high character, football IQ and scheme fits are important, but looking over his four-year history with the franchise there are other things that stand out.
This goes for all phases of the offseason, waiver claims, cuts, free agent targets, draft prospects, but most importantly I am talking about what Robinson likes do to when moving assets for players.
