RICHMOND, Va. – Temple women's tennis traveled to VCU to kick off the 2022 season, falling 5-2 to the Rams at Thalhimer Tennis Center.

  • Despite a tough team fight and a tight match by the doubles pair of Jamie Wei and Yining Tian, the Owls posted a 0-3 doubles record, dropping the point to head into singles play at the disadvantage.
  • Jamie Wei and Veronika Kulhava headlined the singles action from the No. 2 and No. 4 spot, securing two points for the Owls
