HARTFORD, Conn. – The Temple University women's soccer team battled UConn to a 1-1 draw in a hard-fought 110-minute contest on Thursday night. The Huskies got on the board first, but the Owls netted the equalizer in the 87th minute to force overtime. With tonight's draw, the Cherry and White's 2019 campaign has come to an end.

> Senior captain Emily Keitel came up big for the Owls on the defensive end. The center back made key goal line clearances in the 23rd and 28th minutes to thwart scoring opportunities for the Huskies.
