PHILADELPHIA – Temple women's soccer (1-2-3, 0-0-0 AAC) landed its first win of the season in a 3-0 shutout over Saint Joseph's (0-5-2, 0-0-0 A10) on Thursday night at Sweeney Field. This win marks the first of the season for the Owls, highlighting an impressive offensive performance from three different goal scorers.
How it Happened
- With less than one minute remaining in the half, the Owls found the go-ahead goal off a corner sent in by Lexy Endres. Milana D'Ambra emerged from the crowd, sneaking a shot past goalkeeper Katie Cappelletti to send the Owls into the half with the lead.
