NEWARK, N.J. – Junior scored the game's lone goal and Temple's defense came up with big plays as the Owls defeated host NJIT, 1-0, Sunday at Mal Simon Stadium. The Owls evened their mark at 2-2-1 while the Highlanders fall to 2-1.
