PHILADELPHIA -- The Temple women's basketball team will play the Towson Tigers on Wednesday, Dec. 4 for an 11 a.m. tip at the SECU Arena in Towson, Md.

> Temple enter's their first game of December with a 4-4 record. The Owls recently returned from Cancun, Mexico after competing in the Cancun Challenge, where they fell to both North Carolina (71-58) and Creighton (69-59).
> Shannen Atkinson was named to the Cancun Challenge Riviera Division All-Tournament team after averaging 10.5 points and 9.5 rebounds per game. The senior recorded her first double-double of the season against Creighton with 11 points and 11 rebounds.
