VILLANOVA, Pa. — The Temple volleyball team fell 3-0 to Princeton on Friday night at Villanova's Jake Nevin Fieldhouse. The Owls suffer their first sweep of the season in a 25-15, 25-14, 25-23 loss to the Tigers. Temple moves to 9-2 on the season.
How It Happened
> Temple was hampered by unforced errors the entire match, as Princeton used .452 and .367 team attacks in the first two sets to go up 2-0.
> The Owls started clicking in the third set, opening a lead as large as six 17-11, before Princeton closed out the set and match with five unanswered points.
