PHILADELPHIA – The Philadelphia Big 5 announced its 2019-20 awards today and three Temple Owls were among the honored players. Senior Quinton Rose was named to First Team all-Big 5 for the first time in his career while junior Nate Pierre-Louis was selected as a member of the second team for the second straight season. Senior Alani Moore II garnered his first end of the season accolade as he was named the Big 5's Most Improved Player.
Rose, who also earned First Team NABC all-District and Second Team all-AAC this season, led Temple in scoring (16.
