PHILADELPHIA – Earlier this spring, the Temple Owl Club participated in Temple Toast, a one day University-wide giving campaign during Temple's Global Days of Service. During the 24-hour campaign, 635 Temple alumni, fans and friends rallied around athletics to contribute nearly $175,000 in gifts toward student-athlete resources.
"Seeing our alumni and supporters come together to support our student-athletes in a year such as this one has been nothing short of amazing," said Fran Dunphy, Acting Director of Athletics. "We cannot thank our donors enough for their continued support. The Owl Club staff did a phenomenal job ensuring donors received appropriate communication leading up to and on the day of the event.
