PHILADELPHIA – Temple University student-athletes continued to excel in the classroom as evidenced by the combined 3.16 cumulative grade point average earned by the Owls' 19 varsity sports teams during the Fall 2021 semester.
It marks the 14th straight semester Temple student-athletes have earned over a 3.10 combined GPA, while being enrolled in 110 different academic majors/programs. It is also the 20th straight semester grade point average above a 3.00.
"I want to congratulate our student-athletes on their continued dedication to success in the classroom," said Temple University Vice President and Director of Athletics Arthur Johnson.
