Temple Football Names Marvin Clecidor as Safeties Coach

PHILADELPHIA – Temple Football head coach Stan Drayton named Marvin Clecidor as Safeties Coach.

Clecidor returns to the East Coast after spending the 2020-21 seasons at Western Michigan University as its cornerbacks coach.

"Marvin is an outstanding coach with strong attention to detail who has worked with the entire secondary," said Drayton. "He's a high-energy and very knowledgeable coach who has developed strong, aggressive and smart players, and that's what you need from the safeties in our defense. He has also spent a lot of time coaching in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and will continue mining those areas for talented student-athletes.
