PHILADELPHIA - The Temple University Athletics Department announced today the creation of its first-ever Junior Owls Dance Team. The team will be directed by Statewide Promotions, LLC, who has 19 years of experience providing youth dance programs that represent both collegiate and professional sports franchises.
"We are excited to partner with Lou Jacobs and Statewide on this initiative," said Scott Walcoff, Senior Athletic Director of External Operations. "With so many young dancers in the area, this is an incredible opportunity to make new Owl fans and hopefully create future Temple Diamond Gem Dance Team members.
