Strong Second Round Has Golf Tied for Ninth at Cleveland Golf Palmetto Intercollegiate

AIKEN, S.C. – Temple Golf found its swing in the second round of the Cleveland Golf Palmetto Intercollegiate Monday. After finishing the morning round in 14th place, the Owls recovered with a four-over 284 in the afternoon to move up five spots and tie for ninth in the 15-team field. The tournament is being held at the Palmetto Golf Club on a par-70, 6,617-yard course.

Recapping the Day
> Junior Conor McGrath, who is tied for 19th at even par, led the Owls with a two-over 72 to start the day before firing a two-under 68 in the afternoon round.
