PHILADELPHIA - The No. 7 Temple fencing team will stay in the City of Brotherly Love for the weekend, heading to Penn for the Philadelphia Invitational Sunday.
Coming off a 4-1 meet at the Penn State Invite last weekend, the Owls will face three Top-10 programs in No. 5 Ohio State, No. 9 Northwestern, and No. 10 Penn. The team will also face Northwestern, Yale, Wayne State, and NJIT. Temple has already faced Yale this season, narrowly falling 14-13 to the Bulldogs last weekend, and NJIT, defeating the Highlanders 17-10 at the Penn Elite Meet in November.
