ORLANDO – Redshirt senior Grace Moore returned to the track for the first time in over a year only to shatter the Temple women's track and field record in the 3000m.
Meet Highlights
> In her first time competing since February 2020, Moore crossed the finish line first in the 3000m with her career-best time of 9:21.61 to set a new school record in the event. The Merrick, N.Y. native beat Kira von Ehren's 2019 record by over 30 seconds.
> Sophomore Tannekee Strachan opened the day once again for the Owls with her sixth-place finish in the triple jump, landing at 11.
