PHILADELPHIA – Another strong performance helped lift the Temple men's tennis team to a 6-1 win over Quinnipiac on Saturday night. The win moved the Owls to 11-1 overall and gave them their ninth-straight victory on the season.
"The guys played a tremendous match today against a tough opponent. We knew that Quinnipiac was having a successful season and we were short-handed, since our number one player was out with the flu. The guys really all really rebounded and played great in doubles to win the point and then five of their singles matches," said head coach Steve Mauro.
