PHILADELPHIA – The Temple men's soccer team (1-2-2, 0-1-0 AAC) fell to No. 18 SMU (4-0-2, 1-0-0 AAC) 4-1 Saturday night in the Owls' American Athletic Conference opener. The loss marks Temple's first loss to SMU in nearly two years after sweeping the Mustangs last season.
How it Happened
> SMU came out fast, the Mustangs fired two shots on goal in the first six minutes. Both were turned away by keeper , who made his first career start for Temple.
