PHILADELPHIA - John Baum, one of Temple's all-time great men's basketball players and currently its radio color analyst, has been inducted into the Middle Atlantic Conference Hall of Fame. Baum is part of the 20-member class, featuring male and female student-athletes from all sports teams sponsored by the league.
"First and foremost I want to recognize our coaches Harry Litwack, Jay Norman, Don Casey and Skip Wilson, and my teammates," said Baum. "Any accolades and accomplishments I earned are a true reflection on my Temple family."
A three-time all-Philadelphia Big 5 selection, Baum is one of five Temple players to score over 1,000 points and grab 1,000 rebounds.
