PHILADELPHIA – Temple men's basketball will kick off the Aaron McKie era in style as the Owls depart for a week-long trip to the Bahamas starting August 2.
Temple will play games against Bahamian Select Teams on August 3rd, 5th and 6th at Kendall Isaacs Gym at the Queen Elizabeth Sports Complex in Nassau. It will mark the first-ever trip to the Bahamas for the Owls, and the first foreign trip by the program since 2013.
"This trip will be beneficial in so many ways," said McKie. "It gives our team the ability to have a mini-camp in the summer, play games and find its own identity.
