PHILADELPHIA – The Temple Men's Basketball against Philadelphia Big 5 rival Villanova is officially sold out. The Owls (12-11, 2-1 Big 5) host the #15 Wildcats (17-6, 3-0) on Sunday at 1 pm at the Liacouras Center. The game will be televised live by ESPN.
Both teams will play Wednesday with Villanova hosting #18 Marquette in a Big East showdown while Temple travels to Tulane (8 pm ET/ESPN3/1210 AM WPHT).
Temple will be looking to earn a share of the Philadelphia Big 5 title with a win over Villanova while the Wildcats will be outright champions with a victory.
