PHILADELPHIA - Another city rivalry game is on tap for Temple lacrosse as the Owls (1-4) head to La Salle (1-3) for a 3 p.m. game on Tuesday, March 5. Both teams are looking to turn things around after three-game losing streaks.
Scouting Temple
> The Owls are 1-4 so far and coming off a 13-10 loss to Lafayette on Feb. 25. It was the third straight defeat for Temple since winning 12-10 at Rutgers on Feb. 12.
> In Temple's other city rivalry game on Feb. 21, the Owls lost 17-8 at Saint Joseph's.
> Junior Maddie Gebert leads the Owls with 10 goals and 11 total points, followed by juniors Olivia Thompson and Julia Ryan with seven goals each.
