PHILADELPHIA - With a hat trick in just the first 17 minutes, senior Kirstie Connor set the tone for what became a dominating win for Temple lacrosse against La Salle on Wednesday afternoon. The Owls (1-1) shut out the Explorers (0-1) in the first half, and went on to win 13-2.
Also scoring multiple goals for Temple were senior Megan Pinkerton and junior Morgan Glassford with two apiece. Senior Brenda McDermott assisted on three of the Owls' goals, while senior Rachel Schwaab added two assists to one goal.
