PHILADELPHIA - Senior Malia Hee earned the sabre title at the Temple Open Saturday afternoon, with her first-place finish being the highest for the Owls. It was the first meet of the season for Temple, with six fencers placing in the top 10 and 11 placing in the top 15.

> Senior Kennedy Lovelace led the foil squad, tying fifth-place to best her sixth-place finish in last year's Temple Open. Sophomore Aryna Abtin earned a ninth-place finish while Megan Ross rounded out the foilists in 11th place.
> Junior Marielle Luke earned a seventh-place finish in epee to lead the Owls, coming in at 16 spots higher than her 23rd place finish last year.
