NEW HAVEN Conn. – Temple Golf finished in second place in the 15-team field at the Yale Spring Invitational Saturday. The 36-hole tournament was held at the par-70, 6,825-yard Yale University Golf Course.
Recapping the Tournament
> Sophomore Graham Chase shot a one-over 71 in the first round while carding a two-over 72 in the second round. He finished the tournament eighth overall with a three-over 143.
> Freshman Ethan Whitney shot a two-over 72 in both rounds. He had six birdies on the day and made his second eagle of the spring season on the 7th hole in the afternoon round.
