Free Throws Lift Men's Basketball to 83-77 Win Against Yale

PHILADELPHIA - With its most impressive performance at the free throw line in two years, 28-for-30, Temple men's basketball held off Yale (6-5) for an 83-77 win at the Liacouras Center. Freshman Alani Moore II had a career night, scoring 26 points including 10-of-11 free throws to lead four players in double figures for the Owls (9-4).

Daniel Dingle was a perfect 9-of-9 at the stripe on his way to 19 points, and Shizz Alston, Jr. hit 5-of-6 free throws along with 3-of-6 three-pointers for 16 points. Alston had an all-around strong game, also dishing a career-high seven assists, blocking a career-high three shots and coming up with three steals.
