The Owls end their regular season 8-4 and 7-1 in the American Athletic Conference. Temple's 7-1 conference record is its best since 2016.
The Owls dominated every facet of the game and scored 50 unanswered points after both teams traded touchdowns to begin the game. Temple scored a season high 40 points in the first half despite only running 26 total plays in the half. The Owls capitalized on stellar field position throughout the game and scored 7-7 times in the redzone.
