PHILADELPHIA- The Temple field hockey team will return home Friday at 7 p.m. to host Bryant in its lone match-up of the weekend. The Owls are 2-1 on the season following a loss at Kent State last weekend, while the match against No. 24 Maine was suspended after the first overtime period.

> Temple is off to a hot start this season, recording consecutive shutouts for the first time since 2008 with 3-0 wins against Merrimack and La Salle.
> Redshirt-freshman Kerrie Lorenz and junior Dani Batze lead the team in goals with two each, as well as shots on goal with seven each.
