PHILADELPHIA – The Temple men's crew team splits up this weekend as the heavyweights and lightweights race on opposite coasts. The heavyweights travel out to San Diego to race against the University of San Diego and the University of California San Diego. The last time the Owls raced out on the west coast was for the San Diego Crew Classic in 2018, when Temple was able to grab a pair of gold medals.
"We are really looking forward to testing ourselves against some SoCal teams on their home water," head coach Brian Perkins said. "This will be a welcome break from training in the city and we will make the most of it!
