PHILADELPHIA — The Temple women's basketball trio of Jasha Clinton, Mia Davis and Alexa Williamson were honored with Philadelphia Big 5 awards, as announced by the league Tuesday afternoon.
Clinton highlighted the awards for the Owls with her Big 5 Rookie of the Year title and a spot on the All-Big 5 First Team. The Virginia Beach, Va. native finished her first year on Broad Street averaging 14.4 points, 4.0 assists, 3.4 rebounds and 2.1 steals per game. Clinton scored 10+ points in 18 of 22 games played and recorded a double-double with 21 points and 11 assists in the Mar.
