PHILADELPHIA - The American Athletic Conference has announced the 2020 football preseason media poll. Temple starts the season at eighth place overall in the conference.
The Owls enter the season after losing seven single-digit players to the NFL, three on the offense and four on the defense. Randle Jones, Branden Mack and new single-digit receiver Jadan Blue will lead the receiving corps now that Isaiah Wright is headed to the NFL. On the offensive line, the departures of Matt Hennessy and Jovahn Fair mean that starting positions are up in the air.
