In 2013 EA Sports produced their last NCAA video game. The production was halted due to rising debates about college athletes name, image, and likeness. The NIL rules are set to be debated, but unfortunately the hearing has been pushed back multiple times. So, how can EA Sports produce this game?
Well, it’s not going to be an exact reboot of the 2013 version. The game will feature real uniforms, traditions, playbooks and over 100 FBS team. However, there will not be any sort of roster depicting current NCAA players. This is a little disappointing considering one player would get the honor to be featured on the cover, and this probably won’t be possible anymore.
