See that right there? That's how then-junior quarterback Kenny Hill celebrated after scoring a touchdown in last year's game between Arkansas and TCU.
Hill was penalized for the gesture, which most assumed was a throat slash. TCU staffers and head coach Gary Patterson later claimed that Hill's gesture against the Razorbacks was "misinterpreted," and was actually sign language for "Rising King.
