1. Finding a quarterback. The transfer of Shawn Robinson has left TCU in search mode. Don’t expect an official starter announcement until preseason camp. Michael Collins, who started four games last season before being injured late in the season, is expected to miss the spring. That leaves Kansas State grad transfer Alex Delton, incoming freshman Max Duggan and one-time top recruit Justin Rogers.
