TCU has scored another recruiting victory in Louisiana.
This time around, the Horned Frogs picked up a verbal commitment from Logansport (La.) athlete John Stephens.
He announced his decision via Twitter.
A three-star prospect, Stephens committed to TCU over offers from Arizona State, Louisiana Tech, Mississippi State, Tulane and ULM.
At 6-foot-5, 201 pounds, Stephens is ranked as the No. 69 athlete in the country and No. 48 overall prospect in the state of Louisiana, according to 247Sports Composite.
TCU now has eight verbal commits in its 2018 with three hailing from Louisiana.
