One start, one award. That’s a pretty nice ratio for TCU QB Chandler Morris, who was named the Big 12 Offensive Player of the Week for his performance in TCU’s 30-28 win over Baylor.

The Big 12 Conference has announced TCU quarterback Chandler Morris as its Offensive Player of the Week for his performance in Saturday’s 30-28 win over Baylor.
Making his first career start, Morris totaled 531 yards of offense (461 passing, 70 rushing) for the second-best mark in TCU history. It trailed only the 696 by Matt Vogler against Houston in 1990.
