TCU hosts Richmond at 6 p.m. on Tuesday for the NIT quarterfinals.
This is the first time the Frogs and the Spiders will meet. TCU defeated Fresno State and Iowa to play in Tuesday's game. Richmond won at Alabama in the first round of the NIT, 71-64, and defeated Oakland, 87-83. The Spiders finished fourth in the Atlantic 10 Conference and have won seven of their last eight games.
The winner will advance to the semifinals at Madison Square Garden and play Tuesday, March 28.
Tuesday's game will be televised on ESPN2 and can be heard on KLIF-AM 570.
