TCU QB outlook for 2019: Horned Frogs have options, but who will win the race for the starting job?

For the second straight season and the third time in four years, TCU football will have a new Week 1 starting quarterback when the Horned Frogs open the 2019 season vs. Arkansas-Pine Bluff on Aug. 31.
