TCU football finds itself in a situation that few would have imagined after the opening game of the season on Sept. 1: a losing record, no Shawn Robinson under center, and no KaVontae Turpin on the roster. The Horned Frogs' starting quarterback in each of the team's seven previous games was shut down for the remainder of the season this week, as head coach Gary Patterson announced on Monday that Robinson would undergo surgery.
