People outside of Texas don’t know much about the 4-2-5, and as such, it can cause them to undervalue players like Carraway, who was more speed, athleticism, and read and react. I think he will make the team in Tennessee, and be a contributor. As far as the not testing well... that might be a good off-season project to look deeper into.
TCU HC Gary Patterson is one of the more underrated defensive gurus in the country. The Horned Frogs are more known for their offensive prowess lately but it was built by Patterson's defenses and fancy chrome helmets (those are nice, btw).
