There’s no guarantee that Baldwin will be eligible to play this fall, or that he will win the job if so. But, having another talented player won’t be a bad thing for the Frogs.
Baldwin expects to get on campus next month with the rest of the incoming class, and is hopeful that the NCAA grants the waiver.
Either way, he sees TCU as a great opportunity for him to see the field at some point, whether it’s in 2019 or down the road.
“You have to fight for everything,” Baldwin said.
